Rules of Promotion:
One (1) free sitting and free 8×10 per household per promotion regardless of qualifying purchase amount. In-Store shooting and viewing with the photographer is required to qualify for the free 8×10 promotion.Sittings are first-come, first-served. Qualifying purchase does not guarantee a sitting appointment or free 8×10. Waiting lists are available and are used to fill cancel appointments but do not guarantee a sitting or free 8×10. Cancelled appointments will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, they will not be guaranteed another appointment time or free 8×10.

Sales/Ordering Policy:
All orders must be placed in store at time of in-store viewing. There are no online viewings available through the store promotion.

There are no reorders through the in-store promotion.

If you did not attend both the shoot and viewing you no longer qualify for the free 8×10 print. Free 8×10 prints are given when you complete the promotion by attending a shoot and an in store viewing.

There are no photo orders at all after two weeks of the in-store viewing.

Due to the reproducibility of digital files and images, all sales are final.

All digital files sold are unretouched and are sold as is. No retouching will be done on these files.

All orders ship within 4-6 weeks. All orders will be charged at least a $10 shipping and handling fee. Shipping time varies upon destination. Orders shipped outside the continental United States are subject to additional shipping charges (duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient).Orders delayed by incorrect contact information are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given due to late delivery or errors in delivery. All orders will ship ìsignature requiredî. Due to their size, 16×20s will be shipped separately and will require an additional shipping charge.All orders are processed in the order in which they were placed. Rush orders are not possible. Next Day Air and 2 Day delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please call our office to obtain a rate.

Exchange/Damage Policy:

If a photograph arrives damaged and/or unsatisfactory, you must call Precious Time Photography within 30 days and we will reprint and ship it at no additional charge. For quality control purposes, the damaged and/or unsatisfactory photo must be returned to Precious Time Photography before a replacement will be shipped. Reprints are turned around approximately 7-10 business days upon receipt of damaged and/or unsatisfactory photographs.

Photo files are not guaranteed available after 1 year from your shoot date.

All Deposits expire after 1 year. We do not offer any form of refund or credit on orders after this period.

Notice is given that any outstanding deposit orders from previous years have 90 days from May 01, 2008 to redeem their credit. Outstanding deposit credits have already been held longer than deemed reasonable. Any remaining balance not used within 90 days of this time will be forfeited.
